What data we collect

When you submit your property, use the income estimate or book a meeting, we process the following data. You can leave optional fields in the form empty.

• About the property: city, address, property type, size, number of bedrooms, whether it is furnished, and ownership type.
• About your goals: how the property is used today, when you want to start, whether you will use the property yourself at times, and any notes.
• Contact details: name, email address, phone number and how you prefer to be contacted.
• Your consent and the time of submission.
• The figures from the income estimate, if you have used it.
• Name, email address, phone number and city, if you book a meeting.
• How you reached the website: source, referring page, landing page and which button you clicked.

What we use the data for

We use the data to contact you about our service and to reply to your enquiry.

Legal basis

We process the data based on your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)) and to take steps at your request before a possible agreement is entered into (Article 6(1)(b)).

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict the processing
• receive your data in a common, machine-readable format (data portability)
• object to the processing
• withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
